Key points of pre-construction control in cleanroom engineering construction management

2025/12/11

A cleanroom, also known as a dust-free room, is a specially designed room in which dust particles, harmful air, bacteria and other pollutants in the air within a certain space range are removed, and the temperature, cleanliness, indoor pressure, air flow velocity and distribution, noise and vibration, lighting and static electricity inside the room are controlled within a certain required range. That is to say, regardless of how the external air conditions change, the indoor environment can maintain the originally set requirements for cleanliness, temperature, humidity and pressure, etc. The following is an introduction to the construction norms that the cleanroom construction team should abide by.
The first stage is the installation of purification boards. It is necessary to clean up the construction waste thoroughly and do a good job in garbage classification.
Specific regulatory requirements
1. The clean room is equipped with a dedicated entrance and is managed by a designated person.
2. The protective film of the purification board must not be removed. In case of special circumstances, please consult the on-site supervisor.
3. The electric tools and materials used in construction must be basically clean before entering the clean area.
4. When entering the clean area, the dust on shoes must be cleaned up thoroughly and work clothes should be kept clean and tidy.
5. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the clean area. Food and beverages must not be brought into the clean area.
6. When performing cutting and grinding operations within the designated area, a vacuum cleaner must be used throughout all cutting, grinding and drilling processes.
7. All garbage and used materials must be removed daily or as required.
