Regulatory requirements
1. Set up a single entrance and exit at the air shower room, and close all other entrances to control the entry and exit of personnel. Also, have the control personnel record the entry and exit of construction personnel, tools and materials.2. All contractors entering the clean room for construction shall submit an application as required. Construction can only commence after the application is approved. The application time for the construction content on the second day is the afternoon of the first day. The team leader of the construction operation in the clean room always carries the application form with him/her for reference at any time. Construction personnel entering the clean room must register with their real names.
3. Prepare cleaning supplies such as plastic sheeting, adhesive tape, stainless steel plates, cleanroom-specific vacuum cleaners, clean cloths or fiberless rags, etc. according to the work conditions.
4. One should fully understand the general operation regulations of the clean room of the unit, such as not bringing in wood, non-clean room paper, signature pens, etc. The drawings brought into the clean room must be treated with lamination or adhesive tape.
5. Only construction personnel are allowed to enter and exit the clean room and must wear name tags.
6. Personnel entering the clean room should wear full clean suits, including masks, hair masks, gloves, clean shoes, etc., and the cuffs of the clean suits should cover the openings of the gloves.
7. Personnel entering the clean room should wear the construction permit for the clean room control area and wear safety helmets properly. Those working at heights (2 meters or above) should wear safety belts.
8. Before entering the clean area, all construction tools, materials and accessories must be cleaned and wiped clean outdoors. There must be no oil, rust or dust, etc.
9. Non-essential items such as food, beverages, cigarettes, lighters, etc. are prohibited from being brought into the clean area.
10. Any drilling, cutting or other operations shall not be carried out in the clean area. If it is absolutely necessary, permission from the owner or the responsible engineer of each project of the general contractor must be obtained before construction.
11. Enter and exit the clean room strictly in accordance with the designated entrances and exits. If there are large pieces of equipment, they need to be wiped clean outside the clean area before entering through the equipment door.
12. Personnel entering and leaving should wear clean work clothes. After the high-efficiency filter is installed, they should wear clean suits.
13. Construction tools and equipment should have clear supplier identification.
14. All power equipment in the clean area should mainly be powered by electricity and must not be powered by gasoline or diesel. If necessary, users should submit an application first.
