Key points for mid-term control in cleanroom engineering construction management
2025/12/11
Regulatory requirements
1. Access control: Set up personnel and material entry and exit channels by area, and appoint dedicated management posts. Implement an entry and exit registration system, and require construction personnel to tidy up their clothes, tools and materials before entering the clean room.2. The construction team must keep their uniforms uniform and clean.
3. It is necessary to set up cutting rooms in clean areas, such as for cutting materials like lead screws and arcs. The cut materials should be cleaned before use. The cutter must be equipped with a vacuum cleaner to remove the dust generated during the cutting process.
4. Cutting and grinding work must be approved in advance. During construction, isolation should be carried out and safety measures should be prepared. The vacuum cleaner needs to be kept on throughout the process.
5. Unpacking must be carried out at the designated location, and the outer packaging must be removed in an area outside the clean room.
6. Corrugated cardboard or wood must not be used in clean areas.
Precautions during construction
1. Only rubber-wheeled forklifts are allowed, and the tires should be tightly wrapped with tape.2. Tools that produce smoke, such as electric welding machines and cutting machines, must not be used in the clean room.
3. It is strictly prohibited for construction personnel to touch the installed equipment or stand above the equipment for construction.
4. If necessary during construction, the fingers of the clean gloves can be cut off to facilitate the progress of minor tasks.
5. Smoking, eating candies or any other food is strictly prohibited in the clean room.
6. Oil-based fuels must not be used, and the oil inside the tools must not leak out.
7. Clean aluminum ladders must be used, and the feet of the ladders should be wrapped and tied tightly with dust-free cloth to avoid damaging the floor.
8. When moving tools or materials, they must be completely lifted off the ground and must not be dragged on the ground to avoid damaging the floor.
9. All construction areas and areas where materials and tools are placed must be protected on the ground. First lay the plastic film, then lay the buffer plate of appropriate thickness.
10. When electric welding is used as an unavoidable measure, both the floor and the surrounding walls should be properly protected.
11. When any work that is polluting is carried out, the construction area must be isolated with plastic film.
12. When there are potential safety hazards at the construction site, they should be clearly marked in the working area.
13. Construction personnel should follow and cooperate well with the instructions of the responsible engineer of the project owner.
14. Only rubber-wheeled forklifts are allowed, and the tires should be tightly wrapped with tape. The handling route must be protected by laying buffer pads.
15. Before laying the buffer pad, plastic film should be laid first.
16. Except for construction, no one is allowed to lift the raised floor. If it is unavoidable to lift it, it should be restored to its original position within a short period of time.
17. When lifting the raised floor during construction, the raised floor must be placed facing the ground surface, and corresponding safety barriers must be set up around it.
18. Each contractor should place the materials at the designated stacking points. Any changes must be approved by our unit.
